Prof. ALİ DUMAN

He was born in 1968 in Ankara. After completing his primary and secondary education here, he started his higher education at Kayseri Erciyes University Faculty of Theology in 1985. After graduating in 1991, he started teaching at the Ministry of Education. In the same year, he started his master's degree in the Department of Islamic Law at Erciyes University, Institute of Social Sciences. In 1993, he became a research assistant at the newly opened İnönü University Faculty of Theology. In 1994, he became an expert in science in the thesis titled “Daily Life in Kastamonu According to the Court Registry Dated 1115”. In the same year, he started his doctorate in the Department of Islamic Law at the Social Sciences Institute of Konya Selcuk University. In 1999, he became a doctor of science with the thesis named "Freedom of Political Opinion According to Islamic Law". In 2000, he was appointed as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Theology at İnönü University. He became an associate professor in 2017. In November 2017, he was appointed as Associate Professor at the Department of Islamic Law at the Faculty of Theology at İnönü University. He became Professor in June 2022. In addition to nearly 40 articles by Ali Duman, who is married and has two children, Simplification as Footnotes of İzmirli İsmail Hakkı's Book Titled Science Hilaf, Islamic Law Procedure Lessons for Ilitam and Theology Faculties, Mut'a According to Shia and Ahl al-Sunnah Fiqh, He has many publications ready for publication, as well as his published books such as Imam Malik and being one of the editors and authors of the book Imam-i Azam Ebu Hanife, the Wise Over the Ages.
