Abstract:

The aim of this study is to characterize topological rough groups. In the first chapter, the purpose of the study and place in literature was announced. In the second chapter, general information about rough sets, groups, topological groups, rough groups, and their properties which are necessary for the other chapters are given. In the third chapter, lower and upper approximations in a topological group and some properties of them are proved. In the fourth chapter, topological rough group and topological rough subgroups are de ned. In addition, homomorphic images of topological rough subgroups studied.
