Özet
Objective: To induce experimental peripheral facial paralysis by inoculation of HSV1 and to compare the effects of steroid, acyclovir, lipoprostoglandin E2 and steroid + acyclovir treatments in terms of clinical recovery, electrophysiologically and histopathologically.
