Özet

Islam Hukuk Usûlü (usûlü’l-fıkh), sözlük anlamı itibariyle hukukun
kaynakları demektir. Fıkhın ortaya çıkısından sonraki dönemlerde
tedvin edilmistir. Fıkıh usûlünün gelisim sürecinde iki temel yöntemin
ortaya çıktıgı gözlemlenir: Fukaha usûlü ve mütekellimîn usûlü. Bu
çalısmada fukaha usûlü üzerinde durulacagı gibi, bu usûl üzerinde Hane"
mezhebinin ilk imamı Ebû Hanîfe’nin rolü tespit edilmeye çalısılmıstır.

Although in the dictionary, the methos of Islamic Law mean the sources
of law, it was shaped during the terms after the appearance of Islamic law.
Two major methods can be seen to appear during the collecting period:
Jurist Method and Theologist Method. In this study the Jurist Method is
researched. Also in this study we will try to determine the role of Abu
KHanîfewho was the "rst imam of Khane" sects.
