Özet

AIM: The mostly known genotypic virulence features, of H. pylori are cytotoxin associated gene A (cagA) and Vacuolating cytotoxin gene A (VacA). We investigated the association of these major virulence factors with ulcer an non-ulcer dyspepsia in our region.
