Bu çalışmada Türkiye’de meslek hastalıkları verilerinin gerçekliği incelenmiştir. Çalışmada temel
hareket noktası, meslek hastalığına ilişkin verilerin sağlıklı olmadığı ve bunun birçok nedeni olduğu
varsayımından hareket noktası olarak alınmıştır.
Bu amaçla çalışmaya ilişkin değerlendirmede bulunabilmek amacıyla, kanunlar, yönetmelikler ve
istatistiki veriler incelenmiştir. Bu çerçevede kişisel gözlemler yol gösterici olmuştur. Çalışmada bu konuya
ilişkin önemli çalışmalara ele alınmıştır. Çalışmada öncelikle meslek hastalığı kavramı ve unsurları
incelenmiştir. Sosyal güvenlik kurumunun meslek hastalığı ve ölümle sonuçlanan meslek hastalığı verileri
2007-2021 yılları çerçevesinde incelenmiştir. Meslek hastalığının yasal, kurumsal yapısı, tespiti süreci
incelenmiştir. Değerlendirme kısmında istatistiksel verilerin eksikliklerinin nedenleri gerekçelerle ortaya
konmuş ve verilerin sağlıklı olmadığı sonucuna varılmıştır. Sosyal Güvenlik kurumunun meslek hastalığına
ilişkin verilerinin eksik olduğu varsayımımız doğrulanmış ve bunun giderilmesi için, yasal, kurumsal, kişisel,
denetim ve kayıtdışılık gibi temel nedenlerin giderilmesi durumunda ne gibi değişikliklerin olacağına ilişkin
öneriler sunulmuştur
In this study, the reality of occupational diseases data in Turkey was examined. The main point of
departure in the study was taken as the point of departure from the assumption that the data on occupational
diseases are not healthy and there are many reasons for this.
For this purpose, laws, regulations and statistical data were examined in order to evaluate the study.
In this context, personal observations have been instructive. In this study, important studies on this subject
are discussed. In the study, first of all, the concept of occupational disease and its elements were examined.
Occupational disease data of the social security institution and occupational diseases resulting in death were
examined within the framework of the years 2007-2021. The legal, institutional structure and detection
process of occupational disease were examined. In the evaluation part, the reasons for the deficiencies of the
statistical data were presented with reasons and it was concluded that the data were not healthy. Our
assumption that the data of the Social Security institution on occupational diseases is incomplete has been
confirmed and suggestions have been made on what changes will occur if the main causes such as legal,
institutional, personal, auditing and informality are eliminated.
