In this study, silver nanoparticles (AgNP) were synthesized using the biological method
Hypericum triquetrifolium Turra. The synthesized silver nanoparticles (AgNP) were illuminated using
spectroscopic methods such as Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), Ultraviolet/visible
light absorption spectrophotometer (UV-vis), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning electron microscopy
(SEM), Energy-dispersive X-ray (EDAX) and Thermogravimetric-Diferential thermal analysis (TGADTA). The antimicrobial activities of synthesized silver nanoparticles on microorganisms were
investigated.
