Özet

OBJECTIVE AND IMPORTANCE: Intracranial solitary fibrous tumours, have described previously, but intraventricular solitary fibrous tumors are extremely rare. We present what is, to our knowledge, the first reported case of solitary fibrous tumor in the third ventricle.
