Araştırma cerrahi hastalarının hemşirelik bakım algılarını belirlemek amacıyla yapıldı. Tanımlayıcı nitelikte olan bu araştırma Şubat 2017-Haziran 2017 tarihleri arasında, Turgut Özal Tıp Merkezi ve Malatya Devlet Hastanesi Cerrahi kliniklerinde yürütüldü. Araştırmanın evrenini, bu kliniklerde yatmakta olan yetişkin hastalar oluşturdu. Örneklemi ise bu hastalar arasından olasılıksız rastlantısal örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen ve araştırmaya alınma kriterlerine uyan 278 hasta oluşturdu. Hastaların tanıtıcı özelliklerini belirlemek için Hasta Tanıtım Formu, hemşirelik bakım algılarını belirlemek için Hastanın Hemşirelik Bakımını Algılayışı Ölçeği kullanıldı. Veriler araştırmacılar tarafından yüz yüze görüşme yöntemi ile toplandı. Verilerin istatistiksel değerlendirilmesinde ortalama, standart sapma, sayı, yüzdelik testleri kullanıldı. Araştırmaya katılan hastaların yaş ortalamalarının 39.34±10.88 olduğu, %53.2’si kadın, %77.3’ü evli, % 33.5’i ilköğretim mezunu, %71.6’sının çalışmadığı, %62.9’unun geliri giderine denk olduğu belirlendi. Hastaların hemşirelerin bakımını algılayışı puan ortalamaları 25.72±11.11 olarak belirlendi. Çalışlmaya katılan hastaların %73’ü hemşirelerin kendi istekleriyle hemen ilgilendiklerini, %74.8’i hemşirelerin bakım esnasında tüm dikkatlerini kendilerine verdiklerini, Hastaların %50’si hemşirelerin çoğunun uygulamayı kendilerine sorarak yaptıklarını ve %50.4’ü hastaneyle ilgili bilmedikleri konular hakkında hemşirelerin kendilerine bilgi vermediklerini söylemişlerdir. Bu araştırmanın sonucunda; hastaların hemşirelerin bakımını algılayış puan ortalamaları yüksek bulunmuştur.
The aim of this study is to determine the nursing care perceptions of surgical patients. It was conducted in Turgut Ozal Medical Center and Malatya State Hospital Surgery Clinics Between February 2017 and June 2017. The universe of the study consisted of adult patients who stayed in these clinics. The sample of the study consisted of 278 patients selected from randomly selected random sampling among these patients and meeting the criteria for inclusion in the study. The Patient Presentation Form was used to identify the characteristics of the patients and the Nursing Care Perception Scale of the Hospital was used to determine the nursing care perceptions. The data were collected by the researchers via face-to-face interview method. Mean, standard deviation, number, percentage tests were used in the statistical evaluation of the data. It was determined that the average age of the patients participating in the research was 39.34 ± 10.88, 53.2% were female, 77.3% were married, 33.5% were primary school graduates, 71.6% were not working, 62.9% was equivalent to the expense of income. The average score of the nurses' perception of the care of the patients was 25.72 ± 11.11. It was found that 73% of the patients participating in the study were immediately interested in the nurses' wishes, 74.8% of the nurses gave them all the attention during their care, 50% of the nurses were asking them to do the majority of the practice and 50.4% said that nurses did not inform themselves about subjects they did not know about the hospital. As a result of this research; the mean score of the nurses' perception of the care of the patients was found to be high.(25.72 ± 11.11)
