Theresearchwasconductedtoexaminetheeffectofusinghigh-fidelitysimulationonstudents’problem-solvingskillsandself-efficacy.Thisrandomizedcontrolledstudywasconductedwith112first-yearstudents.Thepost-testself-efficacyscorewashigherintheexperimentalgroupthaninthecontrolgroup.Thepost-testproblemsolvingscorewaslowerintheexperimentalgroupthaninthecontrolgroup.Useofhigh-fidel-itysimulationinnursingeducationimprovedstudents’self-efficacyandproblem-solvingskills.
