Özet

Design and method This is a descriptive and cross-sectional study conducted with 671 nurses at 4 hospitals in a province of Turkey. The data were collected using a questionnaire form, the Organizational Silence Scale, the Performance Scale, and the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire.
