Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction is performed frequently in orthopaedic surgery. The short-term results of the reconstruction is good but has relatively poorer long-term results Posterolateral corner injuries of the knee are rare injuries that result from high-energy trauma and failure to diagnose a posterolateral corner injury in patients with a tear of the anterior cruciate ligament. Posterolateral corner injuries negatively affect the success of the anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. We aimed to present a case with an anterior cruciate ligament rerupture due to a neglected posterolateral corner injury and revision of the anterior cruciate ligarnent rerupture and posterolateral corner reconstruction in a single session.
