The study was conducted by collecting plant samples on monthly basis. Plant samples were collected from two different regions (Lakes A and B) in Kahramanmaras province of Turkey. The study was conducted under laboratory conditions. Among macro elements of the plant, potassium was mostly concentrated in the stem whereas sodium and calcium were mostly concentrated in the leaves. Magnesium was mostly concentrated in the root. Among the micro elements, zinc, iron and copper were mostly concentrated in the root whereas manganese was mostly concentrated in the leaves. Among heavy metals, nickel, lead and cadmium were mostly concentrated in the root.
