Türkiye’den ve uluslararası alandan çok sayıda bilim insanı ve araştırmacının katıldığı 20. Uluslararası Kamu Yönetimi Forumu, uluslararası akademik bir kongredir. Günümüz dünyasında toplumları, yönetimleri, siyasal sistemleri, ulusal ve küresel politikaları derinden etkileyen “Terör” konusu kongremizin ana teması olarak belirlenmiştir. Terör ve terörizmin farklı yönleriyle ele alındığı kongremizde teorik ve pratik düzlemde bilim dünyasına katkı sunması hedeflenen 106 bildiri sunulmuş ve 90 bildiri tam metin bildiri kitabına alınmıştır. Terörle mücadele konusu başta olmak üzere terör örgütleri, medya ve terör, din ve terör, göç ve terör, siyasi partiler ve terör, kent güvenliği ve terörizm, yerel yönetimler ve terör, kurumlar bağlamında terör, siber güvenlik ve terör, biyoterörizm ve farklı açılardan terör ve güvenlik çalışmalarını içeren 12 bölüm başlığı altında incelenmiştir.
The 20th International Public Administration Forum, attended by many scientists and researchers from Turkey and internationally, is an international academic congress. The theme of "Terror", which deeply affects societies, governments, political systems, national and global policies in today's world, has been determined as the main theme of our congress. In our congress, where terrorism and terrorism were discussed from different aspects, 106 papers aimed to contribute to the scientific world on a theoretical and practical level were presented and 90 papers were included in the full-text book. Terrorist organizations, media, and terrorism, religion, and terrorism, migration and terrorism, political parties and terrorism, urban security and terrorism, local governments and terrorism, terrorism in the context of institutions, cyber security, and terrorism, bioterrorism, and terrorism from different perspectives, especially in the fight against terrorism and security studies were examined under the title of 12 chapters.
