Özet
History of art may actually be considered the history of humanity. The work of arts has had a continuity in similar forms, which has led to a connection between the past and the future. One of the historical images within this continuity is the artistic compositions featuring a chariot drawn by four horses (Quadriga). In this phenomenon, which has been a subject of art for thousands of years, why horses were the animals used, why there were four of them, why the same characteristics were used in different belief systems, and whether these similarities were coincidence or out of inspiration have been considered questions to be answered.
