Özet

Ophthalmic vein thrombosis (OVT) is a rare condition occurring secondary to varied etiologies that commonly presents with proptosis, globe dystopia, ophthalmoplegia, periorbital edema, and occasionally diminished visual acuity. It may be related to inflammation of the orbit or paranasal sinuses.
