Amaç: Tam dişsizlik, estetik, fonksiyon ve fonasyon olarak birçok insanı etkileyen halk sağlığı
sorunudur. Tedavi seçenekleri arasında çoğu zaman geleneksel tam protezler olmasına rağmen
gerekli stabilite ve konfor sağlanamamaktadır. Günümüzde geleneksel tam protezler yerine hasta
memnuniyetinin daha yüksek olduğu implantüstü sabit protezler yapılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, tam
dişsiz hastalarda üst ve alt çeneye yerleştirilen implantlar üzerine uygulanan sabit protezlerin
klinik yapım aşamalarını ve tedavi sürecinde izlenen protokolü paylaşmak amaçlanmıştır.
Olgu Sunumu: Vaka 1: 59 yaşında erkek hasta, tam dişsizlik şikayetiyle kliniğimize başvurmuştur.
Üst çeneye 6, alt çeneye 6 implant yerleştirilmiştir. İyileşme süreci sonrasında multiunit
abutmentlar yerleştirilerek ölçü alınmıştır. Geçici protezler ile oklüzyon ve dikey boyut kontrolü
yapılmıştır. Metal prova, diş dizimi ve porselen prova tamamlanarak sabit protezler teslim
edilmiştir.Vaka 2: 61 yaşında erkek hasta, tam dişsizlik şikayetiyle kliniğimize başvurmuştur. Üst
çeneye 6, alt çeneye 6 implant yerleştirilmiştir. Osseointegrasyon sonrası multiunit abutmentlar ile
ölçü alınıp Vaka l'deki prosedürler uygulanmıştır.Vaka 3: 52 yaşında kadın hasta, kliniğimize tam
dişsizlik şikayetiyle başvurmuştur. Üst çeneye 6 , alt çeneye 4 implant uygulanmıştır. iyileşme
süreci sonrasında multiunit abutmentlar ile ölçü alındı.Geçici protezler ile estetik ve fonasyon
kontrolü yapıldı. Metal prova, diş dizimi ve porselen prova sonrası sabit protezler teslim edildi.
Sonuç: Hastalarda fonksiyon ve estetik açıdan belirgin iyileşme sağlanmış, çiğneme ve konuşma
fonksiyonları artmış ve yüksek hasta memnuniyeti elde edilmiştir. Sabit implant destekli protezler,
doğru cerrahi ve protetik planlama ile tam dişsiz hastalarda uzun dönem stabilite sağlamaktadır.

Aim: Edentulism is a public health issue affecting many individuals in terms of aesthetics, function,
and phonation. Although conventional complete dentures are frequently üşed as a treatment
option, they often fail to provide the necessary stability and comfort. Today, implant-supported
fixed prostheses, which offer higher patientsatisfaction, are preferred over conventional dentures.
This stüdy aims to share the clinical fabrication stages and treatment protocol followed during the
process of fabricating fixed prostheses on implants placed in the maxilla and mandible of
edentulous patients.
Case Presentation: Case I:A 59-year-old male patient presented to our clinic with a complaint of
edentulism. Six implants were placed in the maxilla and six in the mandible. Following the healing
period, multiunit abutments were placed, and impressions were taken. Occlusion and vertical
dimension were checked using temporary prostheses. Aftercompleting the metal framework try-in,
tooth setup, and porcelain try-in, the fixed prostheses were delivered.Case 2:A 61-year-old male
patient presented to our clinic with a complaint of edentulism. Six implants were placed in the
maxilla and six in the mandible. After osseointegration, impressions were taken with multiunit
abutments, and the procedures followed were the same as in Case 1.Case 3:A 52-year-old female
patient presented to our Clinic with a complaint of edentulism. Six implants were placed in the
maxilla and four in the mandible. Following the healing period, impressions were taken with
multiunitabutments. Aesthetic and phonation were evaluated using temporary prostheses. After
the metal framework try-in, tooth setup, and porcelain try-in, the fixed prostheses were delivered.
Result: Significant improvements in function and aesthetics were achieved in the patients, with
enhanced chewing and speaking functions, resulting in high patient satisfaction. Implant-supported
fixed prostheses provide long-term stability in edentulous patients when appropriate surgical and
prosthetic planning is performed.
