Bu çalışmanın amacı ülkemizdeki engelli öğrenciler açısından beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni ihtiyacının ortaya çıkarılmasıdır. Beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin ülkemizin çeşitli üniversitelerinde beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenliği programlarından mezun olarak engelliler için eğitim veren özel eğitim okullarında ve kaynaştırma eğitimi verilen sınıflarda görev yapmaları bir takım sorunları da beraberinde getirmektedir. Bu sorunların başında beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin üniversiteden mezun olmadan önce engelli bireylere yönelik sadece bir ders almaları gelmektedir. Beden eğitimi öğretmeni adayları tarafından tek bir dönem içerisinde alınan “Uyarlanmış Beden Eğitimi ve Spor” dersinin hedef grubu tanımak için yeterli olmadığı düşünülmektedir. Sistematik bir derleme ürünü olan bu çalışmada online olarak dünyanın farklı yerlerinde yapılmış çalışmalardan örnekler ve veriler toplanarak problem durumun belirlenmesi sağlanmıştır. Toplanan veriler PRISMA akış diyagramına göre analiz edilmiştir. Ortaya çıkan sonuç itibariyle ülkemizde yükseköğretim kademelerinde beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenliği programlarından mezun öğretmenlerin engelli bireyler için tam anlamıyla yeterli olmadıkları düşünülmektedir. Bu hususta, engelliler için beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenliği programlarının diğer üniversitelerde yaygınlaştırılması ve özel eğitim okullarında sadece bu program mezunu öğretmenlerin istihdam edilmesi sağlanmalıdır.
The aim of this study is to reveal the need of Physical Education and Sports Teacher
for disabled students in Turkey. The fact that physical education teachers work in
Special Education Schools, which graduate from Physical Education and Sports
Teaching programs in various universities in our country, brings some problems. One
of these problems is that Physical Education teachers get only one lesson intended for
disabled people before graduating from university. One of these problems is that

from university. It is thought that the “Adapted Physical Education and Sport” course
taken by the candidates of Physical Education Teachers in a single period is not
sufficient to recognize the target group. In this study, which is a systematic compilation
product, samples and data from the studies conducted in different parts of the world
were determined to determine the problem situation. The collected data were analyzed
according to the PRISMA flow chart. As a result, it is thought that the teachers
graduated from Physical Education and Sports Teaching programs in higher education
levels in our country are not fully sufficient for individuals with disabilities. In this regard,
it should be ensured that Physical Education and Sports Teaching Programs for the
Disabled should be expanded in other universities and only graduates of this programs
should be employed in Special Education Schools.
