Bu araştırmanın amacı, spor tesislerinin etkin ve verimli işletilmesinde uyulması gereken genel ilkeleri tespit etmek ve böylece spor tesislerinin işletilmesinde zamandan, emekten ve paradan tasarruf sağlamanın yol, yöntem ve usullerini ortaya koymaktır.
Bu nedenle araştırmada konu ile ilgili literatür taranmış ve elde edilen bilgilerden hareketle önce işletme konusu genel hatları ile anlatılmış ve sonra elde edilen bilgilerden değerlendirmeler yapılarak, spor tesislerinin işletilmesinde gerekli olan kriterler ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. İleriye yönelik akılcı bir eylem olarak işletmeciliğin temel özellikleri ve aşamaları gibi konular irdelenerek açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır.
İşletme konusunda yapılan bu açıklamalar çerçevesinde, spor tesislerinin işletilmesinde uyulması gereken temel ilkeler şu şekilde tespit edilmiştir: İşletmelerde etik, personelin seçimi ve yönetimi, tesisin çok amaçlı kullanılabilmesi, tesisin kullanım süresi, tesisin zamanın şartlarına uyumlu olarak geliştirilebilmesi ve yeniliklerin takibi, tesisin tanıtımının yapılabilmesi, tesisin işletilmesinde ekonomiklik, ergonomiklik, geliştirilebilirlik (Esneklik), tesisin güvenliği ve denetim.
Sonuç olarak, spor tesisleri işletmeciliğinde, konusunda uzman, dürüst, duyarlı personele her zaman ihtiyaç vardır. Teknoloji ne kadar gelişirse gelişsin, onların programlarını yapanların ve onları yönlendirenlerin de insan olduğunu unutmamak lazım
The aim of this study is to identify the general principles to follow for an effective and efficient operation of sports facilities and thus to determine the ways, methods and procedures of saving time, labor and money in the operation of sports facilities.
For this reason, in the study, literature related to the subject is searched and the subject of operation has been explained in general terms based on the information obtained and with the evaluations made based on findings, the criteria that are necessary for the operation of sports facilities have been tried to be put forward. It has been tried to explain in detail the basic principles and phases of business administration as a prospective rational action.
Within the framework of these explanations on operation, the principles to follow in the operation of sports facilities are listed as follows: Ethics in enterprises, personnel selection and management, use of the facility in a multi-purpose way, facility duration of use, development of the facility in accordance with the necessities of time and keeping up with innovations, introduction of the facility, economic efficiency of the plant, ergonomy, improvement (flexibility), plant safety and inspection.
To conclude, there is always a necessity for professional, honest and sensitive personnel in the operation of sports facilities. No matter how the technology develops, it is important to keep in mind that it is humans who program and direct technological devices.
