Özet

Thiazole compounds are five-membered heterocyclic compounds that containing nitrogen and sulfur atoms. Thiazoles are a

basic scaffold found in many natural compounds as vitamin B1-thiamine, alkaloids, anabolic steroids, flavones. There are also

many drugs that are thiazole derivatives, such as tiazofurin, fanetinole, abofungin and epothilone D. Because of these important

properties, synthesis and biological evaluation of new thiazole compounds are of interest [1-3].

In here, our group was synthesized some thiazole salt bearing alkyl groups. Their structural characterizations were applied

thanks to spectroscopic methods.
