Özet

Introduction: Congestive heart failure (CHF) is a significant systemic factor that elevates the risk of postoperative bleeding and microvascular leakage by impairing venous return and increasing capillary hydrostatic pressure. It has been demonstrated that bridging therapy with Clexane does not significantly enhance thromboembolic protection, while it increases the risk of hematoma formation by 3 to 5-fold. This case presents the successful resolution through conservative management of an extensive labial hematoma, which developed due to anticoagulant management despite an atraumatic surgical approach.
