PostoperativePancreaticFistula(POPF)isafeared andharmfulcomplicationafterpancreas-related surgery.Mostcommonlypancreaticductfistula occursafterpancreaticsurgery,butmayalsopresent rarelyaftertraumaorsurgicalinterventionsofthe splenicflexureandspleen.Differentapproachesare performedforthesecomplications,suchas; conservativetreatment,endoscopicandpercutaneous treatment,andsurgicalmanagement.Inthisstudy,we aimedtopresenta65-year-oldmalewithcolon splenicflexureperforationafterstabbedinjury,from lefthypochondria.Segmentalcolonresectionandend colostomywereperformed.Postoperative5thday, pancreaticfistulaoccurredandpancreaticduct stentingbyEndoscopicRetrograde Cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)wasperformed andpancreaticleakagewassuccessfullytreated without another surgical intervention.
