Especially dermatological findings are minor symptoms of sexual assault-abuse and are important indicators that should be taken into consideration. In this study, dermatological findings that can be detected as a result of sexual abuse will be evaluated through case study. Case A 6-year-old boy sent to us by the judicial authorities; It was understood that he applied to the Dermatology clinic due to lesions on his back, and that a report was made to the judicial authorities after the relevant physician suspected sexual abuse. It was observed that there were 10-15 papule-like lesions in the area extending from the scapular region to the gluteal region on the back, of millimetric size, raised from the skin, with a shiny appearance and a hub in the middle, and some lesions faded leaving a slightly dark color. In genital examination; It was observed that there was no acute traumatic lesion in the anal region and perineum. It was observed that the papule formations described on the back were not present in the anogenital region. Concluson Although skin lesions are common in sexual abuse cases, the lesions in our case belong to Molluscum Contagiosum, a viral disease with an increasing frequency of sexual transmission, but no other findings suggestive of sexual abuse were detected. The awareness of relevant healthcare professionals needs to be increased, especially in cases of sexual abuse with skin findings. Keywords: Sexual Abuse, Infectous Dseases, Forensc Medcne
