Introduction and Objective: In this case report, the treatment of the upper right lateral tooth crossbite with the removable appliance is presented. Case Report: 9-year-old, systemically healthy female patient in mixed dentition, applied to İnönü University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Pediatric Dentistry with the complaint of the appearance of the upper right lateral tooth. In the clinical examination, crossbite in the upper right lateral incisor(12) was determined. A removable acrylic appliance was designed with bite plane, vestibule arch, retainer adams clasps, and a labiolingual spring in the palatine of the upper right lateral incisor. The patient was followed at 2-week intervals. The ideal relationship of the upper right lateral incisor was provided after 1.5 months. The patient was followed up during the transition from mixed tooth to permanent tooth. Conclusion: In this presented case, simple anterior crossbite was treated with a modified removable appliance during mixed dentition. Pediatric dentists should be aware of the situation and take early precautions with simple moving appliances to prevent patients from becoming a fixed orthodontic patient in the future.
