In this study, it was aimed to present the data about the transfusion-transmitted agents with a seven-year retrospective screening of the donor records of our hospital's blood bank. In this period, of the total 13 564, 7 051 (51.9%) were collected from the replacement donors. A Rh-positive was found as the most prevalent (34.7%) blood type among the total blood collection. Treponema pallidum infection was not detected in any sample by RPR investigation. With enzyme immunoassay analysis, the prevalence of HBsAg, anti-HCV and anti-HIV-1,2 + p24 antigen were determined as 3.1%, 0.47% and 0.07%, respectively. The results of this study were consistent with the data previously reported from our country.
