Özet

A numerical solution to the thermistor problem is obtained using the cubic B-spline finite elements. The resulting system of ordinary differential equations is solved by the finite-difference method. Excellent agreement is obtained between the numerical results and the analytic solution for the three phases. (C) 2003 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
